Our own DIS honey, in collaboration with a local non-profit Bybi, a social project with honeybees all over Copenhagen, working to create a better city for the bees, flowers, and people.

The honey is from our own DIS courtyard at the St. Kannikestræde location in the center of Copenhagen. Bybi has looked after honeybees at DIS for several years and has had a long collaboration with staff and students who have visited the project and often helped out as volunteers.
