Prices at Fonden DIS 

At Fonden DIS all prices are in USD and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold out items. 


Payment by VISA 

Fonden DIS accepts payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in USD. United States Dollar and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out / discontinued items.

 

Delivery of goods 

Turtle ApS strives to ship orders placed before 5 pm on the same day, orders thereafter are shipped the next business day. 

International shipping is available. There are three options for international shipping: Next-Day Express, 5 days, and 14 days. For U.S., shipping times may vary by state. We also ship to all of Denmark. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering. Your goods will be sent by Post Nord, UPS, FedEx or GLS. Shipping price to be calculated during checkout.  

NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If there are any problems, please contact customer service. 

 
Right of complaint 

There is a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain in "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error.

Refunds 

In the case of a refund, please provide bank details in the form of account number and registration number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided safely by email or other electronic means, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund. 

 
Right of withdrawal 

There is a 14-day cooling-off period for goods purchased in our webshop. 

The period is calculated from the day:

  • When you receive the order. 
  • Get the last item in physical possession, in the case of an agreement on several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several batches. 
  • Takes physical possession of the last lot, or last part, in the case of a contract for the supply of goods consisting of several lots/parts. 
  • The first item in physical possession, in the case of regular delivery of goods over a certain period of time. 

You must bear the costs of returning the goods. 

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the cancellation. The notification must be given by email at info@turtle.dk. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill out the enclosed Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to accept the goods without giving clear notice of this. 
 
Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following types of goods are not covered by the right of withdrawal: 

  • Goods which have been made to the consumer's specifications or have been clearly personalized. 
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery. 
  • Goods which, due to their nature, become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery. 
  • Goods where the seal has been broken. 
  • Performed non-financial services where the provision of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ends when the service is fully performed. 
  • The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, where the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. 
  • Newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for such publications. 
  • Contracts concluded at public auction. 
  • Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly. 

Returns 

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. When returning the goods, you are responsible for ensuring that they are properly packed. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The process will be faster if you also fill in and attach our Cancellation Form. 

You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery until we receive them back. 

 
Condition of the goods on return 

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods as if you were trying them in a physical shop. 

If the goods have been tried on beyond what is described above, they are considered second-hand. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the goods at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive a full refund, you must test the goods without actually using them. 

 
Refunds 

Refund eligibility for buyer's remorse is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. 

In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. 

When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds will be made by the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. 

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided proof of having returned them by then.
