Damages and Issues

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@turtle.dk within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to replace the item or offer a refund.

 

Exchanges and Refunds

We accept exchanges and refunds for items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receipt of the returned item.

Exceptions

Some items may not be eligible for return or exchange. These include personalized or custom-made items, items marked as final sale, and items with hygiene concerns. Please check the product description carefully before placing your order.
